Because every policy is different, we can provide a good-faith estimate of your coverage — but we can't guarantee what your plan will pay until the claim is processed. Your estimated patient portion is due at the time of service, per your plan's terms. Alaska Smiles works with most major insurance providers and will handle filing your claim on your behalf. Any remaining balance after your insurance pays is your responsibility, but we'll do everything we can to make that process clear and simple from the start.
